Roque started his career as a travel consultant from Bombay in 1984 moved to Dubai in 1989. Coming from a musical family background he decided to promote music. Entertainment in Dubai was not common or very much sought-after those days but he had a vision that entertainment would be the future and hence decided and formed his own company in November 1997 under the name of 4 SEASONS ENTERTAINMENT. What started as a one man dream project went on to be a busy and hectic day to day routine with a large team of professionals working under his guidance. Those days it was difficult to source out entertainers but with his commitment and dedication went on to source out the impossible and kept up to his famous tagline “THINK OF AN EVENT… WE MAKE IT HAPPEN” Those days sourcing out entertainers was easier said than done. Along with entertainment came requirements for Event management and in a short span was one of the most wanted Entertainment & Event management companies in Dubai.

His first hotel residency contract started by providing a live 5pc band in 1997 to an International Hotel property in Dubai. Today under ROCKYS ENTERTAINMENT he has a huge selection of carefully selected entertainers, bands and artists that are listed with him. His agency specializes in providing Entertainment solutions, delivering results and exceeding expectations. He acts as your consultant rather than an agency.
Meticulous planning and Transparent style of doing business made him handle over 6000 international & regional events which included corporate events, Product launch, Awards night, MICE events, Fashion shows, Mall promotions, New years Eve celebration and more.
He has the expertise in Hotel residency and entertainment business. Had the pleasure working with major 5 star hotel & resorts in Dubai, UAE , The Middle East and in India, Destination management companies and luxury weddings.
